Job Summary

Provide L3 cross-technology managed services by proactively identifying and resolving complex technical incidents while keeping client infrastructure configured, tested, and operational. Own high-complexity tickets, perform advanced troubleshooting, and ensure zero missed SLA conditions. Use monitoring and logging to detect issues early, drive optimization and automation, create knowledge articles, and mentor L2 team members across cloud, security, networking, and applications.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify, resolve, and prevent technical incidents to ensure client infrastructure remains operational and within SLA.
•Manage high-complexity tickets, perform advanced tasks, analyze incidents, and log/escalate support calls with the required detail.
•Conduct monitoring checks, respond to alerts, and identify issues before they become problems.
•Drive optimization and automation, including providing inputs to automation teams and creating knowledge articles for recurring tasks/issues.
•Mentor junior team members and coach L2 teams on advanced troubleshooting; support disaster recovery and project implementation delivery while meeting client requirements and timelines.

Key Requirements

•Extensive managed services experience handling complex cross-technology infrastructure.
•Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
•Proven experience working with vendors and/or third parties.
•Ability to communicate and work effectively across cultures while planning in changing circumstances.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
