Service Sales Leader

Lead district sales for building services and projects, driving long-term customer relationships, account penetration, and retention for building owner accounts. Manage annual and multi-year financial results for the sales office across profit, volume, margins, business mix, and share. Provide sales leadership across acquisition, satisfaction, pricing, marketing, forecasting, quotas, and use of Trane sales tools and systems, including hiring, onboarding, training, and compliance.
