Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes, including root-cause investigation of inventory accuracy issues.
  • •Drive visual standards for the sales floor using business performance data and coordinate labor hours to support receiving and sell-through.
  • •Represent the business in meetings and calls, and partner with the General Manager to monitor budgets, reporting, and business metrics.
  • •Lead the Operations and Visual team through accountability, continuous coaching, talent development, and succession planning/recruitment.
  • •Oversee execution of Flow experience deliverables and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve inventory and sales floor KPI’s.
