Job Summary

Provide C-12U pilot training as an Instructor Pilot, Classroom Instructor, and Simulator Instructor under the C-12 Chief Pilot. Teach aircraft systems and operational procedures in flight, classroom, and simulator environments while supporting the Army Fixed Wing Program and related courses. Ensure compliance with FAA Part 141 and applicable AR standards, participate in the Quality Management System and safety programs, and help develop curriculum for new type courses and associated courseware and administrative requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as Instructor Pilot, Classroom Instructor, and Simulator Instructor for C-12U training as required.
•Instruct C-12U aircraft systems and operational procedures in air, classroom, simulator, or practical environments.
•Ensure compliance with applicable standards, including AR 95-20, AR 95-1, and FAA Part 141 requirements.
•Participate in the Quality Management System, safety programs, and quality procedures, supporting audits and deficiency follow-up.
•Support curriculum development and additional course and administrative activities such as courseware review, publications, safety/quality audits, FCIF, and scheduling as required.

Key Requirements

•Six years total flying experience, including at least 1000 hours as Pilot in Command and 500 hours as a Flight Instructor, with 250 hours instructing in multiengine airplanes.
•Hold an FAA Certified Flight Instructor multi-engine and Instrument Instructor rating with associated Commercial Pilot ratings.
•FAA Commercial multi-engine airplane and Instrument ratings plus Certificated Flight Instructor ratings in the applicable categories (or able to obtain by the hire date).
•Current Multi-Engine Instructor/Instrument (ME II) certificate and ability to obtain/maintain a FAA Class II Flight Medical Clearance.
•Must have strong project instructional skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
