Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, manage and be responsible for tracking progress, curriculum planning, and Behaviour for Learning in the Primary school
  • •Support the Head of Primary in shaping and implementing the educational strategy
  • •Collaborate with the Principal and Head of Primary to monitor progress toward school aims and objectives
  • •Manage budgets and undertake teaching and other professional duties as delegated by the Principal
  • •Model and promote high standards of ethics, behaviour and professional conduct, safeguarding, and positive relationships with students, staff and parents

Key Requirements

  • •Fully certified teacher with a B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE or equivalent
  • •Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership or senior teaching role
  • •A clear commitment to high standards of teaching and learning aligned with the National Curriculum for England
  • •Ability to lead, manage and develop staff, with strong communication and performance management skills
  • •IELTS 6 or equivalent may be required; UK DBS or equivalent police check is a pre-requisite for appointments
