Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the FAST Field Applications Engineer track with three rotations (FSO, Mass Market, and BU/SEM) plus an international headquarter experience.
  • •Learn to work directly with customers to solve technical challenges and analyze trade-offs for component selection.
  • •Support scalable sales processes and direct customer interactions across multiple customers.
  • •Build hands-on systems-level understanding across TI components, including schematic/layout capture and PCB bring-up and validation.
  • •As an FAE, identify potential projects using sales tools and relationships, propose complete system-level solutions, and influence customers’ part selection versus competitors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Fluent in the local language and English with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • •Basic understanding of schematics, layouts, and digital components.
  • •Knowledge of analog circuitry (e.g., op-amps, DC/DC power, data converters, sensing).
  • •Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, plus soldering and debugging skills.
