Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team, identify strengths and weaknesses, and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Engage the team with coaching, development, performance management, and clear communication of expectations and performance measures.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory and lead decisions on repair versus reject in partnership with the Inspection Center General Manager.
  • •Train production associates using Quality Control standards and ensure adherence to systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.

  • •Experience using computers.

  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years).
