Job Summary

Drive pre-sales and enterprise architecture support for the Public Sector (DACH) team, helping grow long-term customer relationships. Identify and analyze business and IT requirements, develop portfolio-spanning solution proposals, and take technical solution ownership across complex offerings. Present solution/service portfolios to decision-makers, run workshops, and collaborate closely with sales, Go-to-Market practices, internal portfolio and delivery teams—an AI-focused role.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic pre-sales support to grow long-term business relationships in the Public Sector customer segment (research and education focus in DACH).
•Analyze, consult on, and develop business and IT requirements and create high-quality, portfolio-spanning solution proposals, including market and topic development.
•Own technical solution responsibility and coordinate involved units during complex proposal and solution concepts in the pre-sales phase, supporting win strategy development.
•Position and present solution and services portfolio to decision-makers and conduct workshops.
•Position NTT DATA Inc. portfolios in close collaboration with internal subject areas, portfolio teams, delivery, governance, and international units.

Key Requirements

•Technical or business degree or comparable training with at least 5 years of experience in similar roles, including experience working with IT management and business stakeholders.
•Understanding of Public Sector requirements, with knowledge in research and education being an advantage.
•Strong experience in digital transformation, IT architectures, business processes, products and services, plus interest in AI and market/trend knowledge.
•Experience across at least two areas including networking, cyber security, collaboration, hybrid cloud, and data centers.
•Ability to identify and translate complex business and IT requirements into solution approaches and clearly present their value.
