Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure system engineering practices in the work package meet maturity levels per HoD guidelines and align processes, methods, tools, and technologies across work packages.
  • •Create compliant offers and support requirement analysis, scope of works documents, and specification/design finalization in the BID phase.
  • •Deliver infrastructure and related products/services that meet customer and Thales requirements across cost, schedule, and performance through contract closure.
  • •Evaluate solution design/behavior/interactions/performance and confirm requirement fulfillment via objective evidence.
  • •Manage delivery of infrastructure and hardware upgrades (including acceptance test supervision) and serve as a technical point of contact with customers and Thales entities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in informatic engineering, system, communication, or Airspace.
  • •5+ years of experience with on-site delivery.
  • •Experience ensuring delivery outcomes align with customer and Thales requirements, including cost, schedule, and performance.
  • •Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and deliver results.
  • •Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
