Job Summary

Support maximum plant reliability by performing proactive maintenance and repairs as an owner of the Maintenance Excellence Process. Troubleshoot equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and drive preventive/predictive maintenance to eliminate unplanned downtime. Maintain and improve mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems, document work in a CMMS, and collaborate with operations to resolve degraded conditions.

Key Responsibilities

•Comply with safety policies and procedures; identify and reduce safety risks and hazards in behavior, equipment, and processes.
•Proactively maintain, improve, install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam (location specific) systems and equipment.
•Install/troubleshoot/maintain AC and DC drives/motors; troubleshoot PLC programs and modify/write PLC programs as required by location.
•Conduct thorough root cause analysis and follow up to ensure corrective actions minimize repeat failures and support “zero failure.”
•Document maintenance activity in the CMMS and communicate with operations to resolve abnormal or degraded equipment conditions affecting safety, quality, or productivity.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (preferably with a vocational focus).
•Meet the minimum IMRT experience expectations (I: 4+ years, II: 6+ years, III: 8+ years, Sr: 10+ years).
•Ability to read and understand mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics, including PLC program logic.
•Working knowledge and experience performing electrical work in compliance with NFPA 70E (Electrical Safety in the Workplace).
•Proficiency with standard computer programs (Microsoft Office Suite) and using a CMMS.
