Key Responsibilities

•Source and prioritize events; manage a rolling 12-month event calendar.
•Negotiate sponsorships, booth space, speaking slots, and add-ons with organizers, vendors, and venues.
•Plan and execute end-to-end event logistics including booth design, swag, lead capture, AV, catering, and travel.
•Be the on-site point of contact at events; set up/tear down and troubleshoot in real time.
•Prepare the team with objectives, talking points, and logistics; ensure clarity on roles and timing.
•Drive pipeline with sales by booking pre-show meetings and coordinating on-site events to capture and qualify leads.
•Run pre- and post-event campaigns with marketing on emails, landing pages, paid promotions, and social to boost booth traffic.
•Own the event budget; forecast costs and make trade-offs when priorities shift.
•Define KPIs and report results, showing ROI and areas for improvement.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 80,000 - 100,000 annually

•Genuinely into AI and using it to work smarter, with concrete examples of AI-enabled workflows.
