Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects from planning and design through construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Work directly with clients to prepare project elements including scope of work, delivery resources, cost estimates and budgets, schedules and milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Define project delivery resources, conduct complex RFPs, perform bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Facilitate charter and integrated timeline development and ensure functions remain on schedule, resolving or escalating issues as needed.
  • •Facilitate regular status meetings and collaborate to guide the project team through implementation and completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • •Develop methods that go beyond existing solutions and apply innovative problem-solving with broad business impact.
  • •Solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (examples include Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • •Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
