Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage all construction activities for offshore and associated onshore project facilities.
  • •Develop and implement construction execution strategies, plans, and procedures aligned to project objectives, schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
  • •Manage and coordinate EPC contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams while overseeing fabrication, installation, hook-up, brownfield modifications, offshore campaigns, and site construction.
  • •Monitor construction progress, identify risks and constraints, implement mitigation measures, and ensure compliance with specifications, engineering deliverables, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • •Coordinate across Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning, Operations, HSE, and Quality; lead readiness reviews and constructability assessments; approve methodologies/work packs/installation procedures; and support mechanical completion, turnover, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related).
  • •Minimum 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • •Significant experience in Upstream Offshore Oil & Gas projects.
  • •Proven experience as Construction Manager on major EPC/EPCI/PMC projects.
  • •Mandatory experience working on Middle East/GCC projects.
