Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, maintain, and evolve the AI training curriculum, including onboarding, role-based content, and advanced workshops
  • •Plan and facilitate regular AI workshops, office hours, and training sessions across business units and affiliated companies
  • •Own internal AI communications channels, including newsletters, intranet pages, Teams channels, and use case libraries
  • •Build and maintain dashboards tracking AI platform adoption, license utilization, and engagement metrics across all approved AI tools; produce ROI reporting for executive leadership
  • •Curate, write, and publish use case content highlighting successful AI implementations; partner with the AI Solutions Consultant to convert field engagements into reusable training materials

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated program or project management experience, particularly in technology adoption, learning & development, or change management contexts
  • •Strong written and verbal communications, with experience producing internal-facing content for diverse employee audiences
  • •Experience designing and delivering training programs, including in-person and virtual workshop facilitation
  • •Working fluency with current consumer and enterprise AI platforms, including Claude and Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • •Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and other analytics tools for building dashboards and adoption reporting
