Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose issues and determine root causes and corrective actions using tech-enabled work order data.
  • •Perform safe maintenance and repairs for complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals; maintain daily electronic documentation.
  • •Order parts and use independent judgment to complete repairs on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Assist in training lower-level technicians and help with pickup and delivery of equipment and parts.
