Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement an operational transformation strategy aligned with contract objectives.
  • •Analyze and optimize existing procedures and workflows, formalizing processes when needed.
  • •Set up, monitor, and report KPIs and performance indicators to management.
  • •Conduct periodic operational audits to identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities and implement action plans.
  • •Coordinate with Superintendent Operations and the operational team; support change management and provide data-based input to the Site Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in naval architecture/shipbuilding engineering or industrial engineering (electrical and/or mechanical), or equivalent by experience.
  • •Experience with continuous improvement / operational excellence using methods such as Lean, Six Sigma DMAIC, PDCA, or Kaizen.
  • •Experience mapping and documenting processes, including BPMN process mapping.
  • •Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPI tracking, calculation, and reporting.
  • •Leadership and people management skills, with strong communication in Dutch, French, and English.
