Job Summary

Support the development team across multiple renewable energy projects focused on community engagement and local permitting. Coordinate team activities such as scheduling, budget tracking support, communications, and change/order control procedures. Provide daily support with contractors and service providers, assist through installation/testing/commissioning and project closeouts, and participate in bid meetings and supplier evaluations. Help with safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance documentation/recordkeeping.

•Support multiple renewable energy projects in community engagement and local permitting.
•Provide schedules, cost estimates, and engineering specifications to support development specialists.
•Support daily development activities, including working with contractors and service providers.
•Assist renewable energy project work from installation and testing through commissioning and project closeouts.
•Draft project communications and support compliance requirements for safety, environmental, and regulatory documentation/recordkeeping.

Key Requirements

•Associate degree with 2-4 years of project management experience (e.g., scheduling, estimating, project risk management, construction management).
•High school diploma or GED with 4-6 years of project management experience (e.g., scheduling, estimating, project risk management, construction management).
•Bachelor’s degree; degree must be obtained within 9 months of submitting interest and verified before starting.
•Experience in engineering, construction management, business administration, or environmental science.
•PC proficiency with MS Office products.
