Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day on-site execution of assigned HVAC and construction projects.
  • •Coordinate site activities and act as the primary on-site contact for customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
  • •Create and communicate short-term schedules and look-ahead plans; coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet milestones.
  • •Supervise and direct project installation technicians, subcontractors, and vendors; coordinate activities between trades to avoid conflicts and delays.
  • •Administer site safety requirements, maintain field documentation (daily reports, progress updates, photos), and support risks, change orders, and closeout readiness.

Key Requirements
