Job Summary

Lead all-round management of the jewellery store, including shop operations and staff supervision. Ensure excellent customer service, help drive and exceed sales targets using company tools and channels (online and offline), and manage store budget, cash flow, inventory, shipments, and reporting. •Manage store budget and work towards qualitative and quantitative sales targets, including participation in sales activities using company tools and channels.
•Control cash flow and prepare payment reports; manage stock and inventory results, including orders, replenishment, internal inventory activities, and shipments.
•Coordinate merchandising and store presentation (visual merchandising, POS and product placement campaigns), and ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and privacy/confidentiality.

Key Requirements
