Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and build the security function end to end.
  • •Represent the company’s security posture to partners directly and lead reviews of compute architecture and controls.
  • •Drive surfaced customer/security changes back into product and infrastructure to stay ahead of new risks.
  • •Partner with product and inference engineers on architecture reviews (including shared inference fleets and per-partner data isolation) before implementation.
  • •Ship security controls that are hard for non-specialists to get right, and automate compliance, onboarding, and vendor work.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in security engineering, having built or meaningfully improved a security program at a high-growth company.
  • •Write targeted production code (Python, TypeScript), not just scripts.
  • •Startup or high-growth experience working close to engineering, not at arm’s length.
  • •Credibility and presence to represent the company on customer security calls with pharma CISOs.
  • •Comfort owning detection, response, and incident management end to end.
