Key Responsibilities

•Lead electrical engineering design for complex healthcare projects (hospitals, clinical facilities, life sciences)
•Manage the full project lifecycle from concept development through construction and close-out
•Drive client relationships and business development, including pursuits and proposals
•Coordinate, review, and approve electrical system designs ensuring NEC/NFPA and healthcare codes compliance
•Oversee design of power distribution, emergency systems, lighting and life safety systems

Salary: USD 174,400 - 259,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
•Professional Engineer (PE) license required
•12+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering design with healthcare facilities
•Demonstrated experience leading large, complex healthcare projects
•Proven success in client engagement and business development
