Shift Coordinator

Coordinate the full shift operation of the manufacturing process producing plastic components, ensuring safety, food safety, and quality standards are followed while meeting production schedules. Lead safety meetings, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions. Plan and assign work to operators and setup personnel, coordinate machine operations and setups, and drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, and productivity. Develop and coach assigned employees and ensure required training and certifications.
