Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement tool control program policies, procedures, inventories, shadow boards, tracking systems, and inspection protocols.
  • •Lead daily tool room operations and tool issue points, ensuring full accountability and availability of tools for maintenance and field operations.
  • •Maintain tool control documentation aligned with regulatory, OEM, and internal quality requirements.
  • •Run tool calibration responsibilities, conduct audits/inspections, and investigate discrepancies with timely reporting.
  • •Train technicians on tool control standards and collaborate with production, quality, safety, supply chain, and engineering teams to meet operational requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 28 - 42 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of Inventory Clerk experience with ERP experience.
  • •Minimum 1 year work experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar role.
  • •Excellent math and analytical skills to maintain accurate inventory accounting.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for daily coordination and discrepancy resolution.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Excel (and other spreadsheet programs) and the ability to problem-solve and prioritize daily tasks.
