Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead SKU range build-up and oversee creation and identification of product coding.
  • •Prepare Technical Product Documentation (TPD), including Engineering BOMs and configuration management.
  • •Work with the project team to define service strategies and establish BOM structures.
  • •Collect project data, compute KPI statistics, and analyze weekly progress reports for completeness and data consistency.
  • •Support project leads with comprehensive project plans and provide guidance on processes, tools, and procedures. Additionally, handle administrative tasks such as training coordination and employee account management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Science, or Engineering.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical product documentation or project support roles within R&D functions.
  • •Technical product documentation management for medical products.
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP, Windchill, and Planisware.
  • •Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken), with strong communication skills and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
