Job Summary

Lead the global product strategy and long-term vision for AI networking across network analytics, telemetry, and orchestration. Own lifecycle planning for complex, large-scale orchestration and telemetry products while partnering with engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams worldwide. •Set strategic direction and product vision for global network orchestration and telemetry systems across lifecycle management and end-of-life.
•Lead international product strategy by coordinating regional business demands, customer needs, and technical abilities across engineering and ecosystem partners.
•Define technical use cases, architecture-level requirements, and value propositions for both technical and executive audiences.
•Guide tradeoff decisions with R&D leadership to ensure scalability, reliability, and alignment with broader datacenter and AI networking strategy.
•Drive cross-functional programs across engineering, operations, sales, support, and marketing; own competitive landscape analysis and long-term planning across hyperscalers, cloud providers, OEMs, and enterprise accounts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 272,000 - 425,500 annually

Key Requirements

•BS/MS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
•15+ years of overall experience with 8+ years in software or infrastructure roles within the networking industry, with deep technical proficiency.
•Deep knowledge of Ethernet switch and router hardware, including switching/routing ASICs, packet-processing pipelines, and data center networking silicon.
•Solid grounding in data center hardware and physical infrastructure, including server, networking, power, cooling, and cabling.
•Experience leading product strategy development and delivery in complex global organizations as a director-level scope senior IC or people leader.
