  • •Set strategic direction and product vision for global network orchestration and telemetry systems across lifecycle management and end-of-life.
  • •Lead international product strategy by coordinating regional business demands, customer needs, and technical abilities across engineering and ecosystem partners.
  • •Define technical use cases, architecture-level requirements, and value propositions for both technical and executive audiences.
  • •Guide tradeoff decisions with R&D leadership to ensure scalability, reliability, and alignment with broader datacenter and AI networking strategy.
  • •Drive cross-functional programs across engineering, operations, sales, support, and marketing; own competitive landscape analysis and long-term planning across hyperscalers, cloud providers, OEMs, and enterprise accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • •15+ years of overall experience with 8+ years in software or infrastructure roles within the networking industry, with deep technical proficiency.
  • •Deep knowledge of Ethernet switch and router hardware, including switching/routing ASICs, packet-processing pipelines, and data center networking silicon.
  • •Solid grounding in data center hardware and physical infrastructure, including server, networking, power, cooling, and cabling.
  • •Experience leading product strategy development and delivery in complex global organizations as a director-level scope senior IC or people leader.
