Compliance Lead, Servicing Advisory

Lead compliance advisory for servicing, collections, and repayments at Affirm. Oversee adherence to FCRA and FDCPA, identify and manage compliance issues, and develop and update policies and corrective action plans. Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and training across teams, and establish monitoring and reporting to senior management on compliance status, risks, and remediation efforts.
