  • •Actively lead design and implementation for complex, first-of-kind, and strategic customer engagements across discovery, classification taxonomy, and policy architecture.
  • •Own the practice content portfolio end-to-end, maintaining the practice library and creating reference architectures, playbooks, design templates, and runbooks.
  • •Partner with Customer Success Enablement to train delivery teams and mentor consultants into data security experts.
  • •Maintain a working lab to validate capabilities before field deployment and convert escalation learnings into reusable assets.
  • •Serve as the named NPI owner for data protection releases, engaging Product teams ahead of GA and running post-GA retrospectives.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in enterprise security, with 4+ years hands-on in data protection including DLP, CASB, DSPM, or data governance.
  • •Proven track record delivering complex post-sales engagements at enterprise scale for a technology vendor or systems integrator.
  • •Demonstrated experience producing technical methodology with clear evidence of field adoption.
  • •High technical credibility across security architects and CISOs, with the ability to set technical direction across matrixed teams.
