Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex Conventional and Advanced Packaging scenario studies and financial analyses for Micron’s Assembly & Test manufacturing network.
  • •Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership to evaluate scenarios and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • •Develop cost models and financial analyses for cost competitiveness, capacity planning, network optimization, and technology transitions.
  • •Improve analytical processes by standardizing study methodologies and managing high-volume, time-sensitive scenario requests.
  • •Use advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to automate workflows and enhance the quality, consistency, and efficiency of cost studies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing finance.
  • •Hands-on experience in financial modeling, product cost modeling, and manufacturing cost analysis.
  • •Deep understanding of semiconductor back-end manufacturing processes (post-probe, assembly, and test) and key cost/yield drivers.
  • •Advanced Excel modeling and strong analytics skills, including Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
