Lead ByteDance’s Applied Machine Learning orchestration platform by setting technical vision for distributed orchestration and scheduling. Manage a team of orchestration-focused ML engineers, designing Kubernetes/Godel-based strategies for efficiency, reliability, and scalability, including autoscaling, resource multiplexing, and preemption across multi-datacenter and multi-cloud environments. Partner with framework, platform, and research teams to build next-gen distributed training and online inference systems for ultra-large recommendation models.
