Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining resort standards.
  • •Lead, supervise, and motivate service staff to provide service at the highest professional standards.
  • •Ensure mise-en-place is prepared correctly before service and that all food and beverage requests are fulfilled within resort time parameters.
  • •Demonstrate excellent product knowledge of food and beverage items and support a flawless restaurant/bar equipment setup.
  • •Maintain professional communication and uphold hygiene, energy, and water conservation standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in an upscale 5-star hotel/resort environment.
