Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to determine testing needs.
  • •Design, develop, and maintain test cases/scenarios/scripts and execute manual and automated testing activities.
  • •Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, usability, and end-to-end testing, including validation with project hardware.
  • •Identify, reproduce, document, and prioritize defects; collaborate with teams to investigate and resolve issues; retest fixes.
  • •Contribute to QA process improvement by enhancing testing methodologies and documentation standards throughout the service support lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in manual testing and quality assurance, including test case design, execution, and defect management.
  • •Basic understanding of automated testing frameworks, particularly Java and Selenium.
  • •Good knowledge of functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and usability testing.
  • •Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestLink).
  • •Familiarity with web applications, APIs, databases, and client-server architectures, plus Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
