Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee long-term management and growth of the Federal portfolio and multi-year contracts.
  • •Manage and lead federal projects/programs, ideally for USACE, NAVFAC, or the U.S. Air Force.
  • •Build and lead a dedicated project management team and oversee project task orders from an executive level.
  • •Develop and track pipeline; support business development through teaming partnerships and client engagement plans.
  • •Own program performance including compliance, quality assurance, financial milestones, invoicing/cash flow, budget tracking, and risk/schedule management.
