Job Summary

Maintain and optimize the Allen, TX demo site and connected Experience Centers for Motorola’s video security and access control solutions. Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting, manage a structured workflow for sales requests, keep infrastructure documentation current, plan demo site upgrades, and support interactive demonstration scenarios. Assist with encoding and integrating automated video demonstrations and maintain hardware, server, and access control equipment used by sales and partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform routine system maintenance, server firmware updates, and hardware cleanups, including troubleshooting and configuring hardware and software.
•Act as the gatekeeper for incoming sales requests, establishing a structured workflow to prioritize tasks and reduce scope creep.
•Manage and update infrastructure documentation and demo suite topology maps.
•Plan and execute demo site upgrades and improvements based on incoming requests and sales support needs.
•Assist in encoding and integrating automated video demonstrations and help build and maintain interactive demonstration scenarios (e.g., forced door simulations and badge-read activity environments).

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, OR 1+ years of experience in a technical role (Security / low voltage experience is a plus).

•Process-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative and move from reactive to structured, proactive management.
•Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident).
•Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required; employer work permit sponsorship is not available.
