Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain safety awareness and comply with Rio Tinto policies and procedures
  • •Perform preventive maintenance inspections
  • •Carry out planned, preventative and breakdown maintenance across the fleet of heavy mobile equipment
  • •Diagnose and fault-find on heavy mobile equipment
  • •Actively contribute to continuous improvement projects to reduce safety risk and cost

Key Requirements

  • •Maintain a high level of safety awareness and comply with Rio Tinto Iron Ore Company policies and procedures

  • •Australian Auto Electrical Trade Qualification and an Air Conditioning Ticket
  • •Australian C Class manual drivers’ licence (or equivalent)
