Job Summary

Lead a greenfield IT client support function for corporate wholesale banking platforms, acting as the primary technical interface between priority clients and internal technology teams. Build the operating model, SLAs, team structure, and engagement processes; recruit and develop a high-performing team; and drive performance tracking and continuous improvement. Own onboarding, integration design (H2H, API, file-based, SWIFT where relevant), issue resolution, and client-facing escalation support across the full transaction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and lead the Wholesale Banking IT Client Support unit, including operating model, team structure, roles, SLAs, and engagement processes.
•Recruit, develop, and lead a small high-performing team; set expectations and drive accountability.
•Act as the primary technical point of contact for priority corporate clients, leading integration discussions, onboarding, and issue resolution.
•Drive end-to-end client onboarding and integration using H2H, API, file-based methods, and SWIFT where relevant; oversee UAT, certification, and go-live readiness.
•Own end-to-end resolution of client-impacting issues as the final escalation point, diagnosing problems across platforms and coordinating business, technology, and operations teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 15+ years of experience in banking technology, preferably in transaction/wholesale banking.
•Proven experience in client onboarding and H2H integrations, and corporate banking products such as payments, liquidity, trade, and FX.
•Strong understanding of banking message formats (SWIFT MT, ISO 20022/CAMT, BAI2), file-based integrations, APIs, middleware, and secure connectivity models (SFTP/PGP/VPN/certificates).
•Strong track record in client-facing roles managing corporate relationships and leading client integrations and issue resolution.
•Experience building or scaling a new function or team (greenfield preferred).
