Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Director of Project Management in managing new and existing client relationships and driving growth through renewals.
  • •Lead bid teams and proposal generation efforts with business generation and senior management.
  • •Provide weekly updates on project status, initiatives, and staffing, highlighting issues and conflicts when appropriate.
  • •Provide line management for assigned staff, including coaching and mentoring to support professional and career growth.
  • •Oversee financial management: track margin levels, manage forecasts, ensure accurate and timely client invoicing, and follow up on accounts receivable.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction; graduate degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience in the construction industry.
  • •Experience managing client accounts, including driving contract renewals and new revenue.
  • •Experience managing teams of individual project managers and supporting staff.
  • •Strong understanding of the construction project life cycle and the local construction market.
