Key Responsibilities

  • •Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness while following standards and legal requirements.
  • •Collaborate with KMG and site stakeholders to develop and implement packaging material improvements that reduce cost and improve quality and delivery performance.
  • •Execute packaging material qualification and plan qualification testing for trays, carrier tapes, formed end caps, moisture barrier bags (MBB), desiccants, and humidity indicator cards.
  • •Apply statistical and quality tools (8D, SPC, JMP) to support root cause analysis, qualification, and continuous improvement.
  • •Perform supplier quality management by assessing defects (from IQC or manufacturing), communicating findings, driving corrective actions, and maintaining lab/asset readiness and 6S standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • •0–2 years of experience in material qualification, packaging materials, or semiconductor manufacturing support is a plus.
  • •Knowledge and application of quality and statistical analysis tools.
  • •Ability to work independently while effectively supporting global teams.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills with effective communication and collaboration across levels.
