Job Summary

Drive industrial transformation and continuous improvement across the Amcor Flexibles Sélestat site by deploying the O+ program (Lean and IWS). Implement daily management routines and cell-by-cell practices, coach operational teams and managers, and maintain strong on-the-floor presence. Lead and develop the site’s Continuous Improvement (CI) team, define service objectives, and track KPI performance while supporting change through project and data-driven methods.

Key Responsibilities

•Pilot deployment of the continuous improvement approach (O+) across the site based on Lean and IWS.
•Implement management tools, standards, and routines (Daily Management System).
•Drive cell-by-cell practices and coach teams to adopt them.
•Form and coach operational teams and managers; ensure strong on-site presence.
•Lead and develop the CI team, define service objectives, and monitor KPI performance.

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree or equivalent.
•8–10+ years of experience in continuous improvement or operational excellence in a demanding industrial process environment.
•Experience leading industrial transformations and project management.
•Theoretical and practical mastery of Lean and Six Sigma tools.
•Professional English (minimum B2).
