  • •Lead and develop the CI team, define service objectives, and monitor KPI performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • •8–10+ years of experience in continuous improvement or operational excellence in a demanding industrial process environment.
  • •Experience leading industrial transformations and project management.
  • •Theoretical and practical mastery of Lean and Six Sigma tools.
  • •Professional English (minimum B2).
