Job Summary

Lead end-to-end success of a long-term Saudi government partnership to design, deploy, and scale a global digital training ecosystem for Islamic Halal standards. Own partnership governance, platform delivery, customizations, and integrations, while orchestrating cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, PMO, Marketing, and Sales. Enable international expansion, manage revenue-share performance, and mitigate delivery, compliance, and reputational risks with executive-level stakeholder leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Own partnership governance and accountability, ensuring contractual, technical, and strategic commitments are delivered on time and at scale.
•Drive platform delivery, including Halal training customizations, certification workflows, feature enhancements, integrations, and white-label/user experience adaptations.
•Orchestrate internal cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, PMO, Marketing, and regional Sales to align on one execution roadmap.
•Enable global expansion by identifying priority markets, supporting market-entry/pilot initiatives, and building relationships with ministries, regulators, NGOs, and Islamic organizations.
•Monitor and report revenue-share and performance metrics, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and auditability while managing operational and regulatory risks.

Key Requirements

•7+ years in program leadership, strategic partnerships, enterprise customer success, or large-scale government account management.
•Proven ability delivering complex, long-term initiatives across multiple functions and geographies.
•Strong preference for experience in EdTech, LMS platforms, digital learning, or government-led transformation programs.
•Executive-level communication and stakeholder management with C-level government and enterprise partners.
•Comfort leading through influence in matrixed organizations with strong planning, prioritization, and execution discipline.
