Key Responsibilities

•Clean and sanitize production equipment, tools, and work areas to USDA, food safety, and company sanitation standards.
•Prepare, mix, and safely apply cleaning chemicals while following PPE and safety requirements.
•Inspect equipment and areas after sanitation to ensure proper cleanliness and promptly report issues or hazards.
•Maintain an organized, safe work environment by removing debris, rinsing surfaces, and storing tools and chemicals properly.
•Follow sanitation procedures, SOPs, and safety, food safety, and biosecurity guidelines to support production readiness.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED preferred.
•Poultry, food industry, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
•Ability to multitask and work quickly in a fast-paced environment.

•Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment (down to -10°F to 40°F) and lift 40 lbs.
