Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely and independently perform pipeline repairs, maintenance activities, valve work, meter services, construction inspections, and distribution station maintenance.
  • •Respond to natural gas emergencies including leak investigations, odor complaints, and line breaks, coordinating with emergency response agencies and regulatory authorities.
  • •Support project execution within and outside your home area to assist operational teams across the region.
  • •Mentor trainees and less experienced employees by sharing technical knowledge and providing coaching and feedback.
  • •Plan and coordinate complex maintenance and operational projects executed by field crews, while delivering exceptional customer service and promoting safety excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent.
  • •Five or more years of directly related utility service, gas distribution, pipeline operations, or field maintenance experience.
  • •Ability to maintain required TSSA licences and Operator Qualifications (OQs).
  • •Valid driver's licence with a safe driving record and ability to meet standby response requirements.
  • •Basic computer skills and ability to learn and use company software applications; physically capable of demanding field work with PPE.
