Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into KPIs, metrics, data requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Create dashboard concepts (including Figma mock-ups/wireframes) and design Power BI solutions with strong visualization and storytelling.
  • •Build and develop Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and DAX measures using Microsoft Fabric capabilities.
  • •Own BI delivery end-to-end: requirements, design, development, testing, release, and ongoing support.
  • •Plan and assign work to BI developers, review outputs, run validation and user acceptance, and apply data governance and access controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • •Microsoft Power BI or Microsoft Fabric certification (preferred).
  • •Relevant enterprise experience in BI, analytics, reporting, and dashboard delivery.
  • •Ability to translate business questions into KPIs, metrics, user stories, and dashboard specifications.
  • •Hands-on experience delivering Power BI dashboards from concept and design through testing, release, and support.
