Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete up to seven weeks of classroom instruction covering capital markets, products and services, accounting, corporate finance, systems, and financial modeling.
  • •After training, support Project Finance origination, structuring, and execution for lease, partnership, and loan transactions.
  • •Work with partners across Credit Risk, Asset Management, Portfolio Management, and Operations to process transactions and manage client experience.
  • •Help prepare client pitch materials, proposals, term sheets, and transaction screening materials with senior professionals.
  • •Perform pricing runs, modeling, return analysis, and comparable transaction/relative value analysis.
