Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute trade capture, exception management, and service routing to downstream systems, including adding and settlement of cash transactions.
  • •Run diagnostics reports, investigate exceptions, and resolve queries within Performance Level Agreement turnaround times.
  • •Send asset setup to the static team, handle cash monitoring, input journals, process reimbursements and payments, and manage small residual balances write-offs.
  • •Enable rollout of new trade products/activities, drive efficiencies through automation, and assist in deploying business solutions to remove manual processes.
  • •Support migration/re-migration of funds, maintain controls and audit readiness, update MIS/trackers and job aid materials, and respond to downstream queries timely.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce or finance; proficiency in Excel essential.
  • •3–6 years of fund administration experience.
  • •Excellent knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments.
  • •Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, including accounting and valuations, reconciliation, and trade processing platforms.
  • •Basic knowledge of custody, brokerage, depository, investment accounting, mutual funds, and reconciliations.
