Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Play a key role in preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts by consulting with Practice leadership on inputs and assumptions
  • •Create financial reporting with variance and trend analysis, including performance statistics, revenue backlog reporting, and working capital reviews
  • •Review reports and analyses with Operations Manager and Practice leadership, develop recommendations, and follow through on action plans
  • •Track and advise on the financial status of key engagements, highlighting areas of risk or opportunity
  • •Lead the monthly revenue forecast process and prepare presentation materials and ad hoc financial analysis for leadership meetings

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • •Excellent organization and communication skills, with the ability to learn quickly, work independently, and meet deadlines
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
