Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Customer Planning & Service (CP&S) Director in strategic planning and execution of AFNA, Supply Chain, and business unit priorities
  • •Ensure inventory and service targets are met by supporting production planning processes and optimizing inventory
  • •Lead business sessions and presentations with stakeholders using strong business acumen and executive presence
  • •Identify and implement process improvements to balance lead-times, cost, and service by monitoring and analyzing flow of goods across Amcor inventories and production assets
  • •Recruit, develop, and retain top talent through performance reviews, objectives, talent reviews, and succession planning

Key Requirements
