Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the day-to-day performance media lead across assigned client accounts and act as primary point of contact for strategy, execution oversight, reporting, and optimization recommendations.
  • •Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute integrated paid media strategies aligned to communications, reputation, advocacy, and policy objectives.
  • •Lead audience segmentation, targeting, media mix decisions, budget allocation, and channel recommendations across paid social, search, programmatic, and emerging channels.
  • •Oversee campaign execution and optimization across major platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, evaluating performance and identifying growth and efficiency opportunities.
  • •Manage and mentor team members, establish processes, and foster collaboration across performance media, analytics, public affairs, creative, and account teams.

Key Requirements

  • •10 to 12 years of experience leading paid media strategy across agency, public affairs, communications, political, advocacy, or corporate marketing environments.
  • •Proven success leading large-scale paid media campaigns across social, search, and programmatic channels.
  • •Experience managing client relationships and leading integrated account teams.
  • •Deep understanding of audience targeting, media planning, campaign optimization, attribution, and reporting.
