Key Responsibilities

  • •Under strict supervision, initiate and coordinate quality-related data collection from production, service, or process improvement activities and report using statistical techniques.
  • •Collect, organize, monitor, and distribute information related to quality and process improvement functions, including compliance and documentation of quality management standards.
  • •Maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring reports are prepared and maintained timely and accurately.
  • •Research, track, and resolve (or properly refer) accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
  • •Provide routine support services to broader tax technical groups and assist with tax computations with guidance from senior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • •1+ years of relevant experience in tax reporting, compliance, or a related area (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •Basic understanding of the Internal Revenue Code or applicable statutory authority and how it applies to general ledger data.
  • •Familiarity with tax law and accounting provisions, including assisting with statutory filings and tax return preparation.
