Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide legal and compliance support to Sika legal entities in Italy, ensuring high-quality, timely, pragmatic advice across relevant business areas.
  • •Identify, assess, and proactively manage legal and compliance risks tied to operations, production activities, and strategic initiatives.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and legal documents, including contracts and personnel-related documentation.
  • •Lead litigation and dispute management across civil, employment, consumer, environmental, criminal, and regulatory matters; coordinate external law firms and legal service providers.
  • •Ensure corporate governance and compliance requirements are implemented and followed, including delegations, approval processes, corporate secretarial support, and governance documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 80,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Law (Laurea magistrale) and qualification to practice as an attorney.
  • •At least 10 years of legal experience after qualification, ideally including senior in-house roles within industrial/manufacturing companies.
  • •Strong knowledge of the applicable Italian and European regulatory framework for industrial and manufacturing enterprises.
  • •Proven ability to advise senior management and influence decisions pragmatically and constructively.
  • •High personal integrity and strong ethical judgment, with experience working with external legal counsel and multi-disciplinary stakeholders in a matrix organization.
