Job Summary

Provide client support for SD-WAN solutions by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems. Manage low- to high-complexity tickets while maintaining zero missed SLA conditions through preemptive incident resolution, operational improvements, product reviews, and quality assurance. Support Fortinet SD-WAN and central FortiManager environments, perform client follow-ups and joint troubleshooting, and apply knowledge of Fortinet security services and networking fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify and resolve technical incidents and problems for SD-WAN services while maintaining zero missed SLA conditions.
•Support SD-WAN solutions such as Fortinet and Forti-SDWAN deployments managed through a central Forti-manager.
•Manage client support cases across low to high complexity, ensuring timely response and resolution without breaching SLAs.
•Follow up with clients and conduct joint troubleshooting sessions to achieve fast resolutions.
•Perform preemptive service incident and resolution activities, operational improvements, product reviews, and quality assurance.

Key Requirements

•Appropriate tertiary qualification in computer science or Information technology (B.Sc Eng / B.Sc / B.Comm preferred).
•At least 4 years of experience in a networking environment.
•Must have knowledge of configuring Fortinet value-added services including IPsec tunnel, FSSO, web filter rules, and Forti-analyser reports.
•Should have basic knowledge of Cisco networking technologies such as BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, and HSRP.
•Should have a valid CCNA and NSE4, and be working towards NSE5 and NSE6 (CCNA/CCNP SDWAN Enterprise advantageous).
